The LINk is first and foremost a Network. The main components of the LINk will be its Participants and its Executive Committee Members. The LINk is supported and guided by the Host Organisation- Parkwood Healthcare appointed under contract and performance managed by Greenwich Council.

Participants
Participation is the method in which local people and organisations will belong to the Network and engage with the LINk and its activities. Being a LINk Participant means;
Ü being part of the Network
Ü receiving information from the LINk
Ü being informed about LINk activities and its Workplan
Ü being given the opportunity to attend meetings and events related to discussions about local health and Ü social care services
Ü relaying information and concerns to the Network

Members
The LINk Executive Committee will be the decision making core of the LINk. The primary role of the Executive Committee will be to steer LINk activities in order to deliver the agreed LINk Workplan. The Executive Committee will work collaboratively with LINk Participants to involve and engage as many individuals and groups as possible when carrying out its functions.
